  1. Unit 4 Review Write five open-ended questions—that means that the answer is not a simple “yes” or “no” but requires a more detailed explanation—about the topics covered in Unit 4. Topics include European exploration and the Columbian exchange, the Renaissance and Reformation, Scientific Revolution, Absolute Monarchs, Latin American commodities (Sugar/Silver), Latin American social structure, the Atlantic slave trade, African society, Islamic Empires (Ottomans, Safavids, Mughals), Ming Dynasty & Tokugawa Japan. Email questions to Mr. Crawford by Saturday, January 11, at noon. Use the subject line “Unit 4 Review.”
