Program Highlights • Overall Program • We are now viable from a participant and financial perspective • Diverse board that fully covers boys, girls, and the various age groups • Year on year growth 12 (190), 13 (166), 14 (156), 15 (172), 16 (targeting 200): • Focus now on long term sustainability like CGBBL, CGBFL, SCSA, etc • Increased options: indoor, conditioning, & cross level participation • Selected exclusive spirit wear provide Lids for 3 year contract • Youth Program • Added a girls elementary team which was competitive from the start • Two teams at boys 56 and 78 levels, our boys 56 “A” team was undefeated • Supplementing traditional parent coaches with experienced lacrosse players and teachers within CG school district • Facilities • Exploring partnership with CG Bantam Football • Play youth games there this season, discuss other options going forward • Next steps will be with high school • .

Financial Status • Current Status: • $25K bank balance on August 1st, $4K deficit during 2014/15 season • Debt free as of January 1st • Annual program costs are approximately $90K • Registration costs: (coaching, uniforms, transportation, officials, field equipment, etc) • Boys HS: $450 (same as last 3 years), was $645 in 2013 • Girls HS: $400 (+$100 from last year), was $595 in 2013 • Adding significant fundraising focus going forward to offset program costs • Significant Financial Expenditures • Bantam field rental • Girls high school coaching • High school uniforms (girls 2016, boys 2017) • 2016 objective is to maintain our balance, this will be challenging

Volunteer & Sponsorship Opportunities • Volunteering • Asked all parents to participate in at least one volunteer activity as part of registration • Will need more help with both high school and youth program • Consider volunteering for a youth activity so you will not miss any of a high school competition • Sponsorship Opportunities • Advertise at SS Francis & Clare and Bantam Football • Need your help to identify businesses that are willing to help out • Scott Hendrick and Robin Barkdull are leading this effort • .

  13. Key Changes from Prior Years • Communication: • Website will be used for communication, rather than Twitter, Facebook, texting, etc • League Athletic App can be used to • Girls JV Games will receive same focus as Varsity games Boys limited to 2 varsity games per week

Player and Parent Code of Conduct • Why are we doing this • Several incidents over the last several years, more incidents occurring in CG • Establish clear expectations prior to incidents • Coaches own on field discipline • Board owns off field discipline • On Field Discipline • Understand what your coach expects in terms of participation and effort • Play as a team and not as a collection of individuals, it takes a team to win • Embrace coaching feedback, it is intended to make everyone better • Off Field and Spectator Discipline • Adopting CGHS & US Lax policies for participation • Spectators need to reflect positively on our club and the school corporation • No parent feedback for 24 hours after a game unless it involves an injury • .
