New knowledge and experience achieved by the EU partners in the course of project implementation • Development of management experience of EU Tempus type projects in terms of finance and accounting procedures • Wide range of geographic, climatic, STEP, transport, cultural, gastronomic and historical factors • Lessons learned on EU and UoP rules concerning allowable expenses • Exposure of academic staff to European practice linking industry and H.E. • Planning seminars of interest to visiting academics

New knowledge and experience gained by the EU partners in the course of project implementation • Planning visits to manufacturing, service and military and non military training providers •Further development of presentation skills of non-academic UoPstaff •Exposure of UoP staff at all levels to the international dimension of education •Opportunity for cultural interaction with students/academics outside of engineering •Further team building in MDE at UoP •Improvement in participating staff morale at all levels at UoP
