Karthikeyan. •The commission has to complete the investigation in six months and has to submit the report file to the court. •Apex court also stayed the all proceedings initiated by Telangana HC and NHRC to the Hyderabad encounter and killing no other courts should entertain any role pretending to the case. •Meanwhile the apical court has suspended the proceedings at the High Court of Telangana and the NHRC in the incident. •The four accused were taken to the crime scene about 60 km from Hyderabad in the early hours of 6 December for a crime scene reconstruction. •Two petitions have been submitted to the Supreme Court claiming that the alleged encounter was “false” and that a detective agency such as the police does not have the right to punish any accused without due legal process. •For more info: http://www.civilsstrategy.com/
