They guarantee hygiene to such an extent that their kitchen is within a glass chamber for the customers to see exactly how their meal is being cooked. This is one of the cleanest places to eat in the city, which is one of the reasons why they have customers lining up outside their doors day after day even though the place only opened pretty recently.
