Implementation • Ranking: on line • Selection : on line and workshops • Partnership building • Outputs: 3 year activity plan with 60 projects, 1 year action plan with 18 projects • Never-ending process: existing implementing structures( commission, evaluation & monitoring boards), procedures and tools
