  1. Wadsa-Armori-Gadchirolli • (49.50 Km. NON - Electrified) • Remarks :-The project report initially submitted in 2001 with ROR of (-) 8.19%. Board instructed to recalculate the ROR as 50% of project cost is to be borne by Govt. of Maharastra.Revised report was submitted on 17.01.03 with ROR of (-) 3.78%.Updated report of RETS submitted on 18.12.08 at the cost of Rs. 186.06 with ROR of (-7.46). Now fresh updating has been done in July -10 with the cost of Rs. 232.40 crores & ROR is (-)3.88% & with 50% cost sharing by State Govt. ROR (-)0.40% • Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  2. Raigarh-Mand (63 Km. Electrified)Remarks :-Survey was completed by outsourcing and report submitted to board on 27.7.09 @ cost- of Rs 310.64 Crs ROR- (+)29.58%. As per announcement in Railway Budget 2010-11 updating of survery done at the cost of Rs. 344.20 crores & ROR (+) 26.33% Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  3. 3. Raipur-Dhamtari including Abhanpur - Rajim Branch line.(67.20 Km Electrified) Remarks :- The alignment within Raipur Town was resurveyed as 1995 alignment is not feasible. The project report was submitted on 8-12-07. Railway Board advised to conduct fresh survey on 10.11.09. Project cost Rs 278 crores & ROR (+)14.40% with sharing 2/3 cost by State Govt. Report is submitted to Board on 13.07.10 Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  4. 4. Preliminary Engineering Cum Traffic Survey for Gauge conversion of Nagpur-Nagbhir (106.15 km) (Non – Electrified) Remarks :- Report submitted to Railway Board on 22.12.09. Railway Board has advised to re-examine the cost. After complying the obsevation, the abstract estimate report submitted to Rly. Board on 12.11.10. At the cost of Rs. 376.83 Crores & ROR (+) 1.50%. Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  5. 5.Korba-Lohardaga new line (via Dharamjaygarh, Pathalagaon, Jashpurnagar.) (326 Km. Electrified) Remarks:- Updating of RET Survey done at the cost of Rs.2443.74 Crores.& ROR (-) 7.37%. Report submitted to Railway Board 01.02.11. Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  6. 6. Gevra Road - Pendra Road new line (via Dipka, Sindurgarh & Pasan.) (121 Km. Electrified) Remarks :- Railway Board sanctioned updating vide letter No.2009/W-1/Genl/sur/09-10 dated 24.06.2010. Updated report submitted on 11.1.11 at the cost of `. 867.03Crores &ROR(+)17.36%. Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  7. Gotegaon-Ramtek via Seoni- (275Km)Remarks :-Board has sanctioned updating vide letter No.2009/W-1/Genl/sur/09-10,dated:-24.6.10. Updated abstract estimate vetted by accounts and ROR under calculation by Optg. Deptt. Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  8. Raipur-Jharsuguda via Bhatgaon Sarangarh(310Km Electrified) RETSRemarks :-RailwayBoard has sanctioned updating vide letter No.2009/W-1/Genl/sur/09-10 dated:-24.06.2010. Updated report & abstract estimate submitted to Board on 28.12.10 at the cost of `.2161.37Crores & ROR(+)16.70 %. Action Plan :- Further directive yet to receive from Railway Board.

  9. Updating of Reconnaissance Engineering cum Traffic Survey for a new line between Barwadih - Chirimiri (Ambikapur) (182 Kms. Electrified)Remarks :-RailwayBoard has sanctioned updating vide letter No.2009/W-1/Genl/sur/09-10, dated:-24.6.10 updating done & ROR calculation with Traffic deptt. Action Plan :- Report will be submitted shortly after ROR calculation.

  10. 10. Jharsuguda-Durg 4th line (360 km)Remarks:-To conduct 4th line Survey letter received from by Railway Board from 02.12.09. Terms & references yet to be decided. RITES has been contacted for simulation. They have submitted their offer. Tender finalized.

  11. Dongargarh to Kota (Pendra Road) via Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai -Sahaspur - Lohara-Kawardia Bodh -Pendra Road (220 kms)RETSRemarks :- Out sourcing contract finalized. Field work has been commenced from Kota end & completed as per initial alignment. Railway Board advised to examine alternative route which is in process.

  12. 12. Durg – Nagpur 3rd line (256 Km.) RETSRemarks :- Survey is being conducted through outsourcing. Tender finalized. Field work of 172 Km between RJN-BRD done & balance is in progress.
