Experimental Artifact • Bulk of the speedup between MaxCwnd = 10-25 Pkts • The exact gain depends on the access distribution
Connection < 400ms RTT account for bulk of gain • Relatively uniform distribution before 400ms • MaxCwnd is probably a better selector
Lower => Better, Right => Better • Significant gains from 20% accuracy itself • Improved accuracy can bring another 20-30%
