  4. C&F - ENTIRE STATE HOW YOU CAN APPLY ? 1.) To provide refundable Security deposit of 50Lacsfor the State. To provide all documents relevant to the Office & Warehouse land and its amenities & information of the nature of firm under which the agreement would be signed. 2.) To provide Complete Infrastructure – Office, Computer, Internet, Communication, Warehouse & Logistic Vehicle with delivery person, state in charge – (C&F In charge himself). 3.) 25% of total amount agreed upon security at the time of signing of appraisal form. 75% of total amount agreed upon Security deposit on the first date of agreement.

  5. C&F - ENTIRE STATE • BENEFITS TO C&F • 1.) Company will provide 2% of minimum guaranty (1,00,000/-) on the deposit provided by the C&F and company will pay flat 2% margin on total net sales turn over conditioned whichever is higher. • 2.) Company will be bare below mentioned manpower/employee packages. • Branch Manager - Salary + TADA actual + Incentives • Sr. Area Sales Manager - Salary + TADA actual + Incentives • Area Sales Manager - Salary + TADA actual + Incentives • Sr. Sales Officer - Salary + TADA actual + Incentives • Sales Officer - Salary + TADA actual + Incentives • Accounts - Salary • Office Clerk - Salary • Delivery Boy - Salary

  6. C&F - ENTIRE STATE • BENEFITS TO C&F • 3.) All expanses like Advertisement, Recruitment and Stationary etc. are applicable to Company as per the national policy of the company as well as promote & Support to the chain of Super Stockiest, Distributor. • 4.) Company will bare all below expanses in the premises of State Holder. • Godown Rent - As per local Sq Ft Rate (Monthly) • Electricity - Actual • Transportation - Actual • Telephone & Data - Actual • Courier - Actual • 5) Company will provide all kind of ATL BTL Marketing support for the sales promotion activity and for the purpose of increase sales in Maharashtra State.
