Distribution Center in Henrietta • Detailed proposals of process improvements in both written and presented forms. • Precise instructions on implementation of specific process improvements that cannot be executed by the team, due to constraints in the approval process. • Potential implementation of approved process improvements.

  4. Key Challenges • Not enough time on site • (Mitigations: site agenda) • High number of SKU’s • Optimizing the part not the whole • Customer wants to expand scope. • Inability to make changes that require modifications in existing software.
