Highlights your own contributions. • Use bullets for information. • Avoid wordiness: use key Words and phrases only. • Use at least an 18 point font. • Use different size fonts for main points and secondary points. i.e. title font 44 point, 32 point the main font, 24 point secondary ones. • Use a standard font like Times New Roman or Arial. • Use a color of font that contrasts sharply with the background. e.g. white font on blue background. Too many colors should also be avoided. • Use graphs rather than just charts and words. Always title your graphs. • Include only relevant information. • Information you present should be brief and to the point. • Don't spend your presentation time in giving unnecessary background information - get to the point quickly. • Content should be crystal clear because question-answer session would be around presentation only . • Repeatedly cross-check for any grammatical errors.
