3. Regulation 4(1): (EWR) System Construction
All systems shall at all times be of such construction as to prevent, so far as is reasonably practical, DANGER

As may be necessary to prevent DANGER, all systems shall be maintained so as to prevent, so far as is reasonably practicable, such DANGER

Inadequate space
Insecure footing
Insufficient light
Flammable environment
Explosive or conductive dusts
11. Examination of Instrument All items should receive regular inspection and should be calibrated. Records should be maintained.
12. Examination of Instrument On performing an examination, we should look for the following:
Cracked meter cases
Damaged insulation
Loose terminals
