Step 3 Know Your business is developing youth Not chauffeuring Not training animals Not providing facilities Not endorsing products or services
Your job is building people Even the ones that irritate you Regardless of: • Race • status • Physical,emotional, or mental condition • religion Reach out . Invite. Include. Accommodate
Step 4. Insure with AIL • Don’t leave home without it! • Choose: ¢ per day • $ per year • Medical coverage for accidents on 4-H time • comforting • Primary insurance
Step 5Check with your personal insurance agent Cover your tail
When you use a facility • Borrow it or rent it • Secure it • Leave it in better condition than you found it • Never sign a 3rd party agreement
