  1. Added Value TEN-T Policy • Do you believe the CEF will bring enough added value to EU TEN-T policy? Do you believe it will generate enough leverage effect?

  2. List of Projects in the CEF • What should be the role of the regional and local authorities in the decision-making process for drawing up lists of projects which could be financed under the CEF?

  3. Core Network Corridors • Do you believe that the presence of local and regional authorities in the governance of core network corridors should be compulsory? What mechanisms would you propose to ensure their actual involvement?

  4. Green Corridors • Do you believe that the concept of Green Corridors should be furthered strengthened?

  5. European Coordinator • Do you believe the role of the European Coordinator will ensure the development of TEN-T infrastructures at regional level?

  6. Consultation of Local and Regional Authoroties • What is your opinion regarding the consultation process leading up to the TEN-T proposal and the definition of corridors and the involvement of local and regional authorities therein?

  7. Funding • Do you believe it should be required that local and regional authorities be eligible to apply for funding and that in cases when the local and regional level is confusing, the distribution of European funds should be ensured to all partners involved in the projects?
