Incident management related to software base (Level 2) Incident management related to operating systems, DB and IP networking (Level 2) Problem management for software base and infrastructure Provides technological services within the scope of his/her responsibility (Linux servers, and Oracle DB server). At least user level. Define and implement monitoring rules, standard and ad-hoc Apply Atos standards for IT Support (monitoring, backup, etc.). IT systems management within his/her scope of responsibility Software base initial installation and upgrades on servers (application servers, database servers, operating systems, webservers, commercial packages, etc.). IT Support SPOC (Single Point of Contact) in projects Executes migration plans according to the definitions provided by the architecture team Interface with the customer in problem solving and consulting IT security policies deployment Creates reports for the projects Testing resolved incidents and reporting results To be suitable for the role effective communication in English is required. The employee has also wide opportunities to research potential deficiencies and improve adequately the solution applied according to recent state of the art and own experience. Work in our well communicated Wroclaw ATOS office with opportunity of remote work from other parts of Poland.
