If the recent ranking of India at the 25th place in a ranking of 80 nations is anything to go by then we are all moving up in the world. Gone forever are the days when India would be ranked alongside Pakistan (which was ranked 74th) and other sub Saharan countries at the bottom of all international rankings. Perhaps this survey is the start of great things for property in India as well as realty has stated to boom in large important cities.
