There is merging of property sites in India, most property sites have understood one business model and have run with it. However they are unwilling to innovate and create a new business model that will provide more utility to homebuyers. Despite the large number of property sites today, few have anything extra to offer than a simple listing of houses that can be purchased, sold, rented out, or rented in by visitors to the site.
