Twenty-five years ago if one had to name the best of anything in India only the cities Mumbai and New Delhi would have been found to suitable to provide such an experience. Now, however, things are very difference when smaller cities such as Hyderabad and Pune regularly trounce larger and older cities such as New Delhi and Mumbai. It’s unlikely that the significance of Mumbai and New Delhi will plummet anytime soon, however realestate in India in small cities will continue to grow more valuable.

Most real estate website in India have a tried and tested model where they simply list properties and ask owners to provide as many details as possible before the advertisement goes live.
Such sites however, after a few free listings per customer, begin to charge customers money every time they list a property.
