  2. Real Estate In Hoffman Estates is a balanced market favoring buyers. There is significant amount of homes for sale in Hoffman Estates, and buyers are not in a rush to buy yet. There is a 6.4 months supply of inventory on the market in Hoffman Estates on July 31, 2018.

The average market time for a Single Family Homes to sell in Hoffman Estates last month was 33 days.It took on average 22 days to sell Hoffman Estates Condo, Townhouse or a Duplex.The number of home sales in Hoffman Estates from June 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018 was 90 units.
