  2. What is Employee Performance Improvement Strategy? An employee performance improvement strategy is a plan for assessing, developing and improving the performance of a team. It helps leaders to understand their strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for growth. The plan also helps managers set goals for improvement, develop action plans to achieve those goals and provide feedback when an employee is not performing at the level expected.

  3. How to evaluate employee performance? The first step in evaluating employee performance is to identify the factors that contribute to success or failure. Identifying these factors can be accomplished through a variety of techniques, including observation and questioning. Observation Questioning Another technique for evaluating employee performance is questionnaires sent out periodically throughout the year. The purpose of these questionnaires is to gather information on both individual employees and the entire department as a whole. You can use these questionnaires as part of your regular performance evaluation process To learn about an employee's performance, it is often helpful to observe how long he or she spends on each task, how much time is spent on each task, and whether there are any problems with the process. This data will give you insight into where an employee is spending his or her time and what areas require improvement.
