Chemical Oceanography -includes the various properties of ocean water. -examples: composition, salinity, temperature, density, and color.
Life in the Oceans -the various life forms and zones of life found in the oceans.
Movements of the Oceans -includes currents, waves, tides and the different conditions that affect them.
