Neonatal Dashboard • Part of national transition work on quality • Work overseen by a multidisciplinary short life working group under the governance of SCG Director’s Group • The working group was multidisciplinary and had national representation • Working group met remotely four times over last summer South West Specialised Commissioning Group

Neonatal Dashboard • Long list of potential dashboard measures collected, scored and refined • Three dashboards have been agreed, one for networks, one for NICUs and one for LNUs/SCUs. • The measures on the 3 dashboards have been submitted to the transition group and accepted South West Specialised Commissioning Group

  5. Neonatal Dashboard – next steps • Work has now moved to a working group that is responsible for the creation of databooks • To be implemented from April 2012 • Will be a CQUIN for Trusts to be collecting dashboards South West Specialised Commissioning Group
