The foreign sounds will feel strange to your tongue, and you’ll often find yourself in an awkward position of pronouncing words in a weird way that the people you are talking to doesn’t have an idea what you’re saying. Don’t worry! That’s what your PTE online training is for! If you’re preparing for that life-changing exam, that is the PTE, then you’d better perk up and be attentive. Follow these simple tips, and you’ll be speaking English like you’re born for it!

  2. 5 TIPS FOR THE PTE SPEAKING TEST 1. Know your grammar Let’s start with the basics. This is why you enroll in a PTE online course. You polish your grammar. You study what’s the difference between less and fewer. Master how subjects should agree with their verbs. You should know whether to use in or at. Grammar is the building block of language, and having a solid foundation on grammar can go a long way. 2. Slow down Sometimes your nerves can get the better of you; however, you should stay calm. No one can understand you if you’ll talk as fast as the Flash. Do not rush. Take time to think of your response. Plan it out in your head, and once you are sure, then speak at a reasonable pace. This way, whatever you say, will be more understandable. 3. Definitions matter When you say it, you should know what it means. It might sound like common sense; however, most test-takers will be too lazy to look up word meanings. Don’t be one of them. Some exam-takers will use fancy words even without knowing their definitions, to sound good. Speaking of which… 4. Keep it simple The PTE Speaking Test will not evaluate how many multisyllabic and superfluous word you use. As long as you get your ideas across in an organized manner, then you’re safe. Language is used for communication, and the most straightforward sentences and thoughts are the best ways to tell your message. 5. Familiar is good In line with keeping things simple, the simplest thing to do is keep the topic of your conversations familiar. Talk about what you know. Is the test asking about an unfamiliar subject, use transition techniques to relate it to something you know. Master these tips, and you’ll be acing the Speaking Test in no time.
