LOCATION:Grafton, ON Education and Experience: 01 • Multi-craft mechanical skills coupled with 4-6 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the bottling industry. • Superior technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment/systems, combined with solid problem solving and analytic skills. • Proven leadership skills to manage performance and inspire team to achieve results. Minimum qualifications: Production Planner • CPIM/CPP certificate or near completion. • 5 – 7 years leadership/supervisory experience • in a procurement environment • Complete familiarity with WII facilities, equipment • capabilities, tooling capabilities, and performance • Metrics • Complete familiarity with WII M & P systems (T4M, • Maximo) • 5 years or more in-depth experience in production • scheduling/purchasing • 3 years of material flow optimization experience LOCATION: Wingham, ON

Post Secondary Education: Apprenticeship Training Program 3-5 years of experience in Precision Machining, CNC Programming( Mastercam ), Blueprint Reading, GD&T Knowledge of 3-4 axis CNC machining(CNC Lathe will be a definite asset) Knowledge of best practice machining and work holding methods. Required Qualifications: Millwright • High school diploma, GED or equivalent. • Licensed Industrial Millwright. • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a continuous process, chemical manufacturing plant is an asset. • Experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment such as but not limited to fans, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, steam turbines, bucket elevators, belt and screw conveyors, dust collectors, steam traps and piping. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Qualifications and experience: Production Supervisor LOCATION: Scarborough, ON • Having Experience as a laborer and sheet metal worker and having direct experience in the divisions would be a definite asset. • Being a proven leader and having the ability to lead and motivate a team of employees; having 3-5 years’ experience as shop/floor supervisor or lead-hand including 5S, corrective actions and lean manufacturing. • Having a proactive approach towards work and towards continuous improvement.
