Innovative world-wide remote assistance No more assistance problems with the new minipack-torre tele-assistance system This point will allow us to go on with the ambitious plan to achieve, in 2020, a remote maintenance system on machines installed at our customer premises, just comfortly sitting at our desks. The first step has been made with the application of the SE 1029 and SE 1039 systems. With a small investment, the machine can be directly monitored from our Dalmine offices. Thanks to this instrument, will be able to intervene by changing any parameters and doing any type of diagnostics.
TTK - Technical featuresbelonging to allmodels SEALING SENSORS New proximity inductive sensors, easy to be changed in case of breakage. The absence of activation mechanics allows them to have the highest reliability both in cutting and sealing phase. TEFLON COATED COVERAGE The protections which block the film are not painted but teflon-coated: in this way the film does not stick on them. The teflon is steady and it must not be substituted since it does not wear out. It does not need any maintenance. CABLES The electric cables are inside a stainless steel support with free access in case of maintenance.

Entry and exit safety covers to guarantee the maximum safety in compliance with CE rules. The operator does not interfere during machine working SLIDING DOOR Sliding door which may be opened for free access to the inner part of the machine for inspection. It is possible to exclude all the machines safety devices, through a specific safety key, for any interventions on the machine only by highly skilled operators.
TTK - Technical featuresbelonging to allmodels FILM ROLL DRAWER The film roll is placed in the inner rear side of the machine. The most part of manufactures, for economical reasons, place the film roll outside the machine, thus increasing the weight and the volume. In Minipack-torre models it is placed inside. A sliding door covering the unwiding group allows an easy access to the rear part of the machine. The door opening activates the machine safety devices. The drawer which contains the film roll is sliding. This solution makes the film roll insertion easier also with a pallet truck.

TTK - Technical featuresbelonging to allmodels MOTORIZED WINDER AND WEIGHTS It is possible to change the waste film tension adding or removing weights on the winder lever. This solution allows to make a fine regulation of this system, in order always to obtain a perfect film alignment, even with irradiated or poor materials.
TTK - Technical featuresbelonging to allmodels WINDER PHOTOCELL The winder photocell is really usefull: This sensor works as alarm device to signal to the operator that the waste film winder is full and must be emptied. It is possible to have the same system on the unwinding group to signal the «end film roll» ( optional). FILM DIFFUSER A very important and functional device. The forward and rearward movement allows an uniform film distribution on the waste film winder, thus optimizing all the space. This allows to increase the quantity of wrapped film, thus reducing the stop machine time to empty it.
TTK - Technical featuresbelonging to allmodels PRODUCT ENTRY Product entry: with a simple adjustment it is possible to adapt the product width to the conveyor width. This is possible thanks to a moving bulkhead. There are lateral flexible folding doors for operator safety.

The light is low energy consumption for more energy and costs saving. WORKING SPACE The working space to lay the product is 40 cm long. This is suitable for those who do not really need an in-feed conveyor.
TTK - Technical featuresbelonging to allmodels MICROPUNCHER AND ROLL POSITION INDICATOR 1- New micro-punching device with adjustable film tension adjustment. 2- A hand function switch allows the motorized roll unwinding to make the film insertion easier. 3- A upper film roll position indicator allows the roll position according to the width of the product. It works jerkily to obtain a uniform film unwinding.
