Project Purpose • OCR was delegated responsibility to • Ensure that Forest Service complied with the class settlement agreements • Inform Agency employees and internal and external customers of their EEO rights, responsibilities, and programs • As part of the EEOC ruling, Forest Service was required to provided training in specific EEO topics
