Solution 3- Move company file to different location as suggested in above part(single user setup). Solution 4- Check firewalls and antivirus ports. Check that firewall and antivirus are not blocking the program from accessing the company file. Solution 5- Toggle host setting in QuickBooks- Open the company file, select ‘’switch to single user mode’’ .Again choose file>Utilities and select stop hosting multi-user access.
