The Bourne Supremacy The Bourne Supremacy is a 2004 UIP action blockbuster , which was directed by Paul Greengrass and produced by Frank Marshall. The film starred Matt Damon and Julia Stiles. The synopsis of the film was that Jason Bourne is framed for a botched CIA operation. He is forced to take up his former life as a trained assassin to survive. Reason for the Campaign One of the main reasons for the campaign was to maximize box office takings on the opening weekend. The campaign included 10 to 70 seconds worth of mini ads that advertised the film. The purpose of the campaign is to attract the target audiences attention and to interest them into watching the movie. They do this by using the main character on the poster with a weapon. This gives the audience an feeling of what the films about and what might happen in the film.
Comparisons Because of the genre of The Bourne Supremacy, you can compare any of these films to the film. Just like the Bourne Supremacy poster, each of these posters contain the main characters, a weapon and a setting which give you a small hint of where the film might be set or what the film is about.
