Composition • A cheesesteak is a meat and cheese filled sub. • Crusty bread (hoagie style roll) The rolls to be used must come from either Amoroso Baking Co. or Vilotti-Pisanelli. • Thinly sliced sautéed ribeye beef • Cheez Whiz, but American and provolone are common substitutions • Toppings may include sautéed onions, mushrooms, ketchup and hot or sweet peppers.
