  2. Open the internet and go to https://connect.mrpk.org

  3. https://connect.mrpk.org/ Log into Zangle and click on the Measures link

  4. Click on the Create a Test link

  5. Example—MUSD Ch.3 assessment Click quick test to create an answer key that aligns the test to the standards Title your test and add “MUSD” or “MVS” in order to have it kept in the system. Select your subject and grade level

  6. Select how many questions and the most number of responses needed for any one question. Select the subject and grade level for your standards.

  7. Select the exact standards that will be tested. Select the + sign to open the levels of each standard

  8. Select the correct answer and standard for each question.

  9. Enter the number of questions the student needs to answer correctly to be proficient …

  10. To edit a question, click on the question number

  11. To make a true or false question change the number choices to 2 and the answer to T and F

  12. Go to “Tests I Created” tab, find the test you want, and click on “Schedule Test”

  13. In order to compare data with your data team, all data team members must select the same date.

  14. Select the test you plan to give.

  15. You can choose to give the test to all your classes or just one specific class.

  16. Here you can remove any classes that are not taking the test.

  17. Once you have scheduled your classes and you are ready to print your answer sheets…

  18. You will need to select each class separately to print their answer sheet.

  19. You can choose to print the entire class by selecting all or just individual students.

  20. Click here to print. Here one student is selected. For this practice session please choose only ONE student.

  21. You can only print on a laser printer and you MUST change the “Page Scaling” to “NONE”

  22. Time To Scan

  23. Click on “Scan Measures Answer Sheets” icon

  24. Click on “Import Scanned Results”

  25. Click the “Browse” button

  26. Click “my computer”, select the “C drive”, select the “Scan folder”, and select “Results.mdb”

  27. This screen just lets you know if there were any scanning errors.

  28. To fix the errors, find the test that needs fixing and select “Correct Scanning Errors.”

  29. Fix the error(s) and click next

  30. Now you can analyze your data

  31. Posting Scores to your Gradebook

  32. Click on “My Tests”.

  33. Select the test that you want to post to your gradebook.

  34. Under Gradebook, go to “Posting” and select “Automatically Post”.

  35. Select the gradebook where you want to post scores.

  36. Select the Zangle task where the scores should be posted.
