  3. Ps. 1:1 Walk Stand Sit A progression from a relatively casual association with the wicked to complete identification with them (NET).

  4. Resist drawing counsel from those who have no answers!

  9. Meditate To recite quietly, to meditate, to study intensely and reflect. Digested food nourishes our bodies…meditating on the Word nourishes us spiritually. A spiritual digestive system.
