  6. Apple ID Consent Forms • Filled out correctly and signed by the parents • stored in the classroom alphabetically • List of the students who did not turn in Apple ID Consent Forms

  7. Deployment Model • Grades K-3rd the cart and devices will be in the classroom • Grades 4-5 the cart will be in the classroom, but the devices will be in the safe room till the distribution date.

  8. Logistics for K-3rd The team will go to the classrooms to collect the Apple ID Consent Forms, and check out the devices for the students, and the Apple Tv to the teachers.

  9. Logistics for Grades 4 -5 The students will go to the distribution location to check out their devices. Each student must have his/ her signed Apple ID Form

  20. Request For EZ Access • Enroll at: ezaccess.lausd.net • Choose Student Email Sub-Administrator • Fill out the online application • Wait for your principal’s approval
