2. Supervisor Announcements • Be sure to go to Kennesaw Hall Room 2105 and complete the Payroll Survey before you leave today. • You will need the names, KSU numbers, placements, and email addresses of each of the students you will supervise this semester. • If you are supervising one of the year-long groups, I MUST have the names, schools and CT names for each of them before you leave today.

3. Supervisor Announcements • If you don’t have students from a school you were expecting, please check with Beth Peery or Cherry Steffen • Please be sure that your student teachers are registered for the correct section. • Confidentiality Forms should be completed today and returned to Beth Peery or Cherry Steffen • Orientation Documentation Forms need to be delivered to CEPP (not Cherry).

Placements • All placements will be designed to encourage professional and personal growth of the candidate as an emerging professional learning facilitator and to support all P-12 learners. • Student teachers will not be placed in schools where they have children or relatives in attendance or where children or relatives are employed in any position. • Unless there are extenuating circumstances, student teachers will not be placed in schools they have attended within the past ten years.
