  2. HOW TO ACCESS THE QUICK ADD (Cashier Window) Step 1. Click QUICK ADD.

  3. PARTS OF THE DATA ENTRY FORM Step 2. An alert window will appear. The encoder must take note the system generated RR No. in the DR/SI/OR. ITEMS FIELDS BUTTONS

  4. TO ADD NEW ITEM Step Add 1. Click Add.

  5. Then the screen are clear. Then the cursor is in the Bar Code textbox. Fill up all the label with color red. Red colored label is mandatory. Input alphanumeric for Barcode. Input alphanumeric for Stock Code. Or just input “0”. Input alphanumeric for Description. Format is Brand / Description / Size / Color. Select “Y/N” for Vatable. Select on List of values on Unit of Measurement / Department / Supplier Name. Input the SRP on Regular Price textbox. Zero for no price. Select “REG” for BASEPRICE.

  6. Step Add 2. Then click Save. To add more item return to Step Add 1.
