Augmentation de pression à l’intérieur de la boite crânienne La boite crânienne étant inextensible, 3 Mécanismes d’augmentation de pression intracrânienne : Augmentation de la masse cérébrale (œdème) ou tumeur, Augmentation du volume sanguin (gène au retour veineux) Augmentation quantité de LCR : / hypersécrétion, / défaut de résorption, / présence d’un obstacle à la circulation du LCR, empêchant passage vers lieux de résorptions.

    4. Cette augmentation de pression dans la boite crânienne à pour conséquence : la hernie de la masse encéphalique dans différents orifices les engagements = Gravissime( but = l’éviter)
