ICLEI contribution to WP3 Task 3.1 – Dissemination Liaison Group • Next DLG: 9 (full day)-10 (half day) December 2010, Brussels – communicated to DLG members • Statistics on news on the website online (as requested by cities) – now also from the beginning of the project – available in DLG shared space CP Liaisons: Pleaseusethemtoencouragecitiestouploadmorenews!! ICLEI contribution to WP3 Task 3.3 – Programme level coordination • Coordinated results publications paper: • Collected comments after DLG • Involved CIVINET – inclusion of their publication plan • Implementing ideas on Editorial Board • Implementing layout ideas • Updated past events from VANGUARD and from most of the cities in the Events archive pages of the website Telecon • September 2010 • ICLEI

Update from WP4 Task 4.2 – Website • CIVInet : Events and news now displayed both on the general CIVITAS website and on the specific CIVINET network pages – thanks to FGM! • New categories for document upload on measure descriptions implemented (requested at DLG)– thanks to FGM! • Upgrade: waiting for approval from EC Task 4.3 – Promotional material • Roll-ups: Freiburg set printed and ready – already distributed to some city events • Gadgets delivered – re-print of bags and folders (REC) • Postcards approved by EC – in printing now (Mostra) – print run of 1,000 postcards for each of the 8 themes Telecon • September 2010 • ICLEI

  6. Update from WP4 Task 4.3 – Promotional material (continues) • Slide Library update: 3 versions (long ppt; public ppt; stand images ppt) sent to REC and Polis for 2nd peer review –by Friday! Thanks for the 1st round of comments Task 4.4 – Newsletter • MOVE#5: edited and layouted; REC gave comments – will be printed for the Forum • Lead article: “Demand management strategies” – Zagreb, Marko Slavulj (University of Zagreb) • MOVE#6: will be 8-pages – more and better city news needed! • Lead article: “Mobility management, marketing, information and education” – author needed! • Scheduled for December 2010

CP Liaison - MIMOSA MIMOSA 5th Consortium Meeting • 25-27 October, Berlin – GS to attend and present progress from VANGUARD • 25 October: workshop in conjunction with Eurocities – GS in contact with city for promotional material Issues arising: • Scarcity of news online: Tallinn and Gdansk have almost no news • Coordination among projects at the stand at the Forum • Next phone conference with Interactions in before Forum – anything you need me to ask?
