Following Up • Make follow up calls 3-5 days before the Team Captain Kick Off Luncheon to everyone that sent an RSVP • Make follow up calls 5-7 days before the Team Captain Kick Off Luncheon to the top 20% of your invitation list that has not responded with an RSVP

LUNCH IS OVER – NOW WHAT?Assess Your Attendance Compare your KOL guest list to your Team Captain list (present and past). Identify those who SHOULDhave been there but weren’t.
