  4. Open the location of the company file. Right click on the file and select Properties. Click on the Security window. Select all the users one by one and provide Full Control by clicking on the check box next to allow. Click on the Advanced button and navigate to the Owner tab. Change the owner to the Administrator or to the person who has logged in to the system. Click on OK to close the Advanced Security Settings and OK again to close the file properties window.
