  2. Theory of Change By locally manufacturing , foreign exchange can be saved. If this Plug Board locally manufactured, 30-50 technical person can get employment. Skilled experience technologist can do the better job and we can employee so many persons.

  3. Social Impact Induction of the unskilled person after impart training. If persons have their own set up they will work hard with full devotion for betterment of their organization. Locomotives have 20 to 40 board. Which is to be repaired.

  4. Vision and Mission Self employment tendency occurred. Self confidence will arrived and left other reliance.

  6. The Solution After completing project we will supply to Pakistan railways. Railway is one stake holder, so we will produce the product on cheaper rates then the china. Railway. Start local product and avoid to dependent on other. China. Can provide after sale service, which is not provided by the foreign competitors.
