  1. ACEC – Technology transfer • Problem Statement: • Highway Local Bridge Program made project selection- ODOT/Counties/Cities. How and where to communicate the most recent project selection • The STIP spreadsheet is difficult to navigate • We are try to make upcoming project information and project changes more accessible to our A&E consultants and sub-consultants

  2. Goal: Communication Plan • Useable spreadsheet for all consultants • find the tool useful and accessible • STIP data fields into a more user-friendly report • Post the report and query options to the ODOT website.

What should be include? • Heading: Use the Public Friendly Titles • Only information useful • What kind of data helpful? • How often post, 30, 60, or 90 days? • What’s changed? • Looked thru all the columns • Self explain headings • Eliminate the columns not needed • Report: Initial 90 & 30 days w/ changes • Every 30 days with updated report
