Refinements from last year • Infusion of GLAD themes and strategies • Circle time centered around GLAD theme • GLAD incorporated into ELA centers and literacy groups • Letter recognition practice cycled throughout year vs. letter a week • Expansion of math resources • Literacy Aide • Increased collaboration and articulation with Kinder teachers • Increased parent volunteers

  6. Next Steps • Refinement and enhancement of curriculum with Common Core • Science Buddies inclusion • Plans for next year with full implementation of Readiness Act
