Overview • Obtained walker and stair lift • Working on budget • Working on determining exact parts needed to modify the walker • Fixing switches and switchboxes for lift • Shopping for parts that need to be replaced • Developing Bekesy results plotting algorithm • Implementing a priority queue data structures
Completed Work • All designs have been determined • Obtained split level Stairlift and Walker from NEAT • Base functionality and user interface of mobile app • 3 tabs layout • Home Screen/Test • Results • Local Doctors
Project Review • Successes: • Able to find already functional devices that meet a large part of design criteria • Implemented desirable and functional interface layout for Bekesy test app • Will start redesign of walker this week • Begin fixing stair lift
Future Work • Next week we will continue to work on the input data processing algorithm (Nihit, Samir) • Fix switches and switchboxes for lift (Joe) • Shop for parts that need to be replaced (Everyone) • Shop for parts for walker modifications (Nihit) • Add functionality to Bekesy app (Samir)
Budget Update • Parts Ordering is in progress. • Amount spent thus far: • $75 for stair lift • $50 for walker • At NEAT marketplace • Tablet to be ordered next week • Modification parts measurements being taken • Want to buy parts at Mansfield Supply
