Why Sleep Apnea a New threat to life ?

On average, humans spend about 25% to 35% of their lives sleeping. Obesity in our children is occurring at a higher rate than ever before, and we see the rate of sleep apnea increasing in children as well. Sleep apnea is a potentially serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts. If you snore loudly and feel tired even after a full night\'s sleep, you might have sleep apnea. The main types of sleep apnea are Obstructive sleep apnea, the more common form that occurs when throat muscles relax. To know More: https://www.quitsnoringsolution.com/
