The shortage is not of ideas, nor of industrial interest, nor of reasonable scientific/commercial feasibility, but of funds.” • “There's a need for SC-LTR projects of a whole wide range of funding levels, from pretty small (a few tens of $K) up to pretty big (a few M$ over a few years).
