CLIENT VALIDATION TO PREVENT DUPLICATION • CLIENT SEARCH WILL REPORT IF CLIENT’S RECORD EXIST IN THE VCM SYSTEM • IF CLIENT DOES NOT EXIST A NEW RECORD IS CREATED WITH A SECOND VALIDATION BEFORE SAVING • A CLIENT’S SEARCH ENGINE COMPARES LAST NAME AND BIRTHDATE AGAINST ALL EXISTING CLIENT RECORDS FOR DUPLICATION BEFORE SAVING

CASE MANAGEMENT FEATURES • EACH CASE CAN HAVE MULTIPLE SERVICES ATTACHED • AGENCY CAN PROVIDE PARTIAL OR FULL SERVICES WITHIN A CASE • ITEMIZED SERVICE HISTORY CAN BE LISTED FOR EACH CASE • CASE NOTES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CLIENT INFORMATION, CASE INFORMATION, SERVICE RECORDS • UPLOAD AND ATTACH CASE FILES AND DOCUMENTATION TO CLIENT OR CASE RECORDS • SERVICES CAN BE COMPLETED AT TIME OF ENTRY OR SCHEDULED FOR LATER • TRACK CASE PROGRESSION FOR CLIENTS RECEIVING SERVICES FROM MULTIPLE AGENCIES • CASE RECORDS CAN BE PRIVATE OR PUBLIC BETWEEN AGENCIES • CASES CAN BE TERMINATED WITH LISTING REASON FOR CANCELLATION • CASES CAN BE REJECTED IF SENT AS A REFERRAL WITH NOTICE TO THE REFERRING AGENCY

REFERRING CLIENTS TO OTHER AGENCIES • FIND AGENCIES BY SEARCHING FOR LISTED SERVICES • AGENCY PROVIDERS CAN BE COMPARED BY LOCATION AND WAIT LIST • EACH REFERRAL CAN HAVE MULTIPLE SERVICES ATTACHED PER PROVIDER • REFERRALS CAN BE SET AS PRIVATE OR PUBLIC WITH OTHER AGENCIES • REFERRALS EXPIRE WITH NOTIFICATION TO THE ORIGINATOR IF IT IS NOT COMPLETED AN EXPIRATION DATE • REFERRALS CAN BE REJECTED SENDING A NOTIFICATION TO THE ORIGINATOR • PRINT OUTS ARE PROVIDED TO CLIENT AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR AGENCY REQUIRED FORMS, DIRECTIONS, REFERRAL ID AND CASE INFORMATION

  7. NOTIFICATION SYSTEM EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ARE SENT FOR: • ANY REFERRALS TO YOUR AGENCY • WHEN REFERRALS ARE COMPLETED • IF A REFERRAL HAS EXPIRED • IF A REFERRED CASE IS TERMINATED
