ONE Background, Objectives • Organizations of Noteworthy Excellence • Initiated in 2006 • Origin in Malcolm Baldrige Award criteria • Support nonprofits to build their capacity, create greater impact • Disciplined process for organizational self-assessment and continuous improvement • Objective feedback for each applicant • Recognize nonprofits of all types and sizes for exemplary practices • Over 75 local organizations received recognition and/or feedback to date
