RCG OSAS Credit Card Processing • Single step credit card processing within OSAS Sales Order & Cash Receipts entry. • Interfaces with WebAuthorize & PCCharge credit card processing software. • Compatible with magnetic card readers for point of sale applications. • Prompts for Vcode/CVV2, street, & zip code (AVS). • Interfaces with RCG Internet applications for seamless web credit card processing • Pre-auth option to hold order amount until final shipping. • Simplify credit card processing by using Payment Processing, Inc, (PPI) to provide your merchant account services. • PPI customers receive PC Charge Pro & a magnetic strip reader for no additional charge!   4. The application supports both Character and Graphical versions of OSAS.

  5. Sales Order Entry – Payment Screen Allows lookup from OSAS Credit Cards on file.

  6. New orders can be processed as a Pre-Auth Transaction. This will hold the dollar amount for up-to thirty days. You can process the transaction while the customer is on the phone. This can help reduce delays when you later prepare the order for shipping.

  7. Sample Receipt – includes both 40 column and 8 ½ x 11 laser formats.

  8. Order Verification – Post Authorization The application is aware that a Pre-auth was performed on this order. During the order verification process you will be prompted to perform a Post-Authorization.

  9. Cash Receipt Entry A similar interface is used during cash receipts processing to accept and process credit cards.

  12. PC Charge Control Screen PC Charge is the middleware application that OSAS uses to communicate (dial-up or IP based) with the credit card processing network. It is typically installed on your office manager’s PC workstation. PC Charge is used to settle batches and run end of day journals (it replaces the functionality of the old credit card terminal).
