Information about fundraising opportunities for all students in the EPCHS Music Department, including a car wash, donation drive, cheesecake sale, and wreath sale. Profits from each fundraiser will be tracked and distributed accordingly.

Fundraising Opportunities ALL STUDENTS Car Wash – September 28th • Pledges can be collected from September 14th-28 • If a student collects pledges, they must work at least 3 hours. • Students profit in 2 ways: • Tips: Total $ is divided by the total number of hours worked and divided among those that work proportionately • Pledge Sheet: 100% of pledges collected go to the student
Fundraising Opportunities GUARD STUDENTS Savers Drive-September 30-October 13 • Don’t sell ANYTHING! Help people get rid of stuff they don’t want! • Students will receive credit for individually submitted bags that will be weighed here at school. • Total undesignated collected donations will be split amongst those who bring donations in.
Fundraising Opportunities DONATIONS ACCEPTED: Profits: • $.20 lb soft goods • $.10 lb hard goods • Currently not accepting books • $.05 any item over 18x18x18 that is not boxed or bagged
Fundraising Opportunities BAND STUDENTS: Cheesecake Sale – October 23rd-November 5th • Frozen cheesecake brochure sale from Gourmet Delights • Same company for 20+ years • Quality product – keeps in the freezer for 6 months • Great holiday desserts! Product will arrive in time for Thanksgiving festivities • Item price: $17-21 • Profit: $5 per item. (May be more depending upon total sales)
Fundraising Opportunities CHOIR STUDENTS: Wreath Sale: November 12-25 • Fresh greenery from Bernardin’s Nursery in Mokena • Quality wreaths, poinsettias, centerpieces, door swags, garland, etc. with bows • Arrives in early December • Item prices: $10-60, depending upon size of wreath, etc. • Profit: approx. $5 per item.
Fundraising Management • All fundraising profits will be tracked in Charms Office software here at school. • You will be given a login and password to check that information in the next week or so. A tutorial will be posted to show you how to access that account. • The school will cut a check to Bob Rogers Travel at the conclusion of each fundraiser and will send a spreadsheet showing the payment allocation to each traveler. They will then credit the payment to your IPS account that you establish when you register for the trip. (Stacey will explain the registration process further.)
