  3. -Shnitzel and Potato Salad -Chicken -Beef in cream sauce is a typical and one of the most popular Czech meals. It is made of vegetables, spiced with black pepper, allspice, bay leaf and thyme and boiled with double cream. It is generally served with dumplings. -Roast pork, dumplings, cabbage is the most famous food in the Czech Republic. -Fruit dumplings are very sweet. Mostly full of strawberries, plums or apricot. -Potato pancake is traditional food of Slavic and Germanic. -Shnitzel and potato salad is very good. Steak may be from chicken or pork. -Chickenin the Czech Republic is usually baked in the oven. Adding spices into it.
