Where a private cloud renders services only to private organizations, a Public cloud provides services over a network that is opened for public use and is generally free. Lastly, Hybrid cloud is a composition of two or more clouds (private, community or public) that remain as separate infrastructures but are cohered together, thereby giving the facilities of multiple deployment models. Hybrid clouds are used for varied purposes, for instance, an organization may store sensitive data on a private cloud, but may tether it to another application provided on a public cloud. Use of hybrid cloud depends upon a number of factors, such as, data security, compliance requirements, level of control needed over data, and the applications used. In the present scenario, cloud computing has found a tremendous usage of its own. More and more industries and companies are turning to cloud technology as an efficient and cost effective way to improve quality services. But left alone the various merits of cloud computing, it is still a subject that needs research to be done on it to fully squeeze out all the services that it can provide.
